2. Pricing (CAD)

Setup: $1,000 now (e-transfer or cheque) + $1,000 when done. Software is yours — check monthly $99 or annual $1,117 (6% less). VIP contractors: $40/mo or $451/yr. VIP suppliers: $49/mo. Optional: website $500–$1,000 · custom language $100. Phone apps free on App Store / Google Play. Monthly bills: e-transfer or cheque. Customer owns job and client data.

☑ Setup deposit · pay now (required)	$1,000 due on signing. Payable by Interac e-transfer or cheque to ShopOps Inc. Holds kickoff week and starts branding, config, and training. Balance $1,000 when setup is done.
○ Software monthly	$99 / month. Software is yours — all you do is pay. Updates and support while paid. Cancel with 30 days notice.
○ Software annual (6% less)	$1,117 / year flat (6% off $99×12 = $1,188 · save $71/year). Same software — yours for the year. Prepaid annual path.
☐ Website update	Another $500 – $1,000 if they want a shop marketing site refresh / rebrand (amount as quoted).
Phone apps	Free — download ShopOps on the App Store or Google Play. No setup fee.
Sign-in	In the app: choose Shop or VIP type → company → username and password.
☐ Custom language	$100 for an extra language pack tailored for their app (UI/copy).
☐ VIP contractor · monthly	$40 / month for builder/contractor partners using the VIP portal with shops on ShopOps. Job status, rates view, and partner workflows. Cancel with 30 days notice.
☐ VIP contractor · annual	$451 / year (6% off $40×12 = $480 · save $29/year). Same VIP contractor portal for the prepaid year.
☐ VIP supplier · monthly	$49 / month for suppliers using ShopOps services with client shops that run the system. VIP portal access and partner workflows. Cancel with 30 days notice.

3. Scope included

ShopOps for Customer’s single shop: software is yours with monthly or annual payment; Customer owns job and client data
Modules: quoting, job pipeline, field measure/digitize, fabrication/shop, install, timeclock, VIP portal as available
Optional public marketing pages rebranded with Customer assets
Import of active rates + jobs from Customer CSV/spreadsheet (reasonable effort; not full history)
Support: email/chat, business hours America/Edmonton, during pilot

4. Out of scope (unless change order)

CNC / Flexijet / hardware
Custom development beyond agreed setup
Full historical data migration
On-site travel (unless quoted separately)

5. Data & IP

Customer Data (clients, jobs, rates, invoices) remains Customer’s
Product (software, templates, docs) remains Vendor’s
On termination, Customer may request export of Customer Data within 30 days
Customer will not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Product
Vendor will not use Customer Data to sell fabrication services competing with Customer

6. Acceptable use & security

Customer is responsible for staff passwords and access control
No unlawful use; no loading third-party personal data without lawful basis
Demo credentials must be changed after go-live

7. Warranty & liability (pilot)

Software provided as-is during pilot; Vendor will use reasonable efforts to fix material bugs
No guarantee of uninterrupted uptime during pilot
Vendor’s total liability under this form is limited to fees paid by Customer in the prior 3 months
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages

8. Payment

E-transfer or cheque to:
Deposit due on signing: $1,000 (e-transfer or cheque) · Balance $1,000 when done · Software $99/mo or $1,117/yr · VIP suppliers $49/mo · Add-ons as ordered
Late amounts may pause access after written notice.

By signing, Customer agrees to this pilot order and the terms above.
