Warranty, deposit, remnants, and pickup — the same terms as on our estimates.
What is covered by the warranty?
HGBStone offers a one-year warranty on fabrication and installation of engineered quartz and natural stone we install. We do not warrant mill defects — those follow the slab producer. Natural stone integrity cannot be guaranteed; we can usually repair chips on site at a reasonable rate.
When is the deposit due?
A 50% deposit starts templating, fabrication, and install. The remainder is due when the work is complete.
Do you sell remnants?
Yes. In-stock granite/quartz vanity remnants (standard 24″ width) are listed on Deals. Current specials start at $350 plus GST for the top, stone, fabrication, and one undermount oval white sink. A second sink is $160 plus GST. For $350 plus GST we can template and install one vanity top. Customer measures, pickup, and install unless you book that service.
How do I pay / pick up?
E-transfer to info@hgbstone.ca, cash, or cheque. Credit/debit cards add a 3% fee. Pickup orders are paid in full before we process the order.
Should I see the granite slab before we cut?
Yes. Each granite slab is unique. HGBStone encourages you to view your selected granite at a stone supplier before purchase so we can reserve that slab and discuss template placement on the stone.
