What does setup include?

Is the software mine?
You license ShopOps for your shop and partners. There is no separate $99 shop fee and no VIP-only tier — every login is $9 per user per month. Optional extras: website update $500–$1,000, custom language $100. Phone apps are free to install (Google Play seat subscription covers monthly users). You own your job and client data.
Who owns my data?
You own your job and client data. ShopOps Inc. provides the software product and hosting for your install.
How long to go live?
Usually about 1–2 weeks after setup is paid and we have logo, rates, and staff list — then training and go-live. Outside Calgary, the clock starts after we agree setup scope on the call.
