Who we are

ShopOps (“ShopOps”, “we”, “us”) operates the ShopOps product site and apps at shopops.ca (and related shop / VIP hostnames when configured). Contact: admin@shopops.ca.

What this app collects

• Account information — username, display name, work email, phone, and role assigned by your employer or VIP administrator.
• Operational data — time punches, task reports, job notes, quotes, orders, and files you upload for fabrication or digitizing.
• Device/session data — login session cookies, basic usage needed to keep you signed in during your shift, and optional notification preferences.

How we use information

We use data to run countertop fabrication operations: scheduling, payroll export, client communication, VIP pricing, and internal shop workflows. We do not sell personal information.

Where data is stored

Shop and VIP data are stored on ShopOps Demo Shop servers in Canada. Access is limited to authorized staff and approved VIP partners.

Retention

Business records (jobs, invoices, time punches) are kept as required for operations, accounting, and legal obligations. You may contact us to update contact details on your account.

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Role-based access limits what each user can view or change.

Your choices

• Sign out at any time from the app header.
• Update contact info under Account → Contact info.
• VIP partners may request access changes through anton@shopops.ca.

Children

These apps are for employees and business partners — not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy; the date above will change when we do.
