Delete your account and data

Google Play and privacy law require a public way to request account deletion and deletion of personal data. This page is that place for ShopOps (ca.shopops.app and shopops.ca).

Who can request this

Shop staff — a login created by your fabricator shop.
VIP partners — contractor, supplier, or client logins invited by a shop.
Website / demo — people who sent a contact, pilot, or demo request.

ShopOps is business software. Your shop administrator can deactivate a staff or VIP login. We still honor deletion requests sent to us.

1. Delete your account

To close a ShopOps login so you can no longer sign in:

Email anton@shopops.ca with subject ShopOps account deletion.
Include the username, email on the account, and the shop / company name.
If you are a shop owner, say whether you want the whole workspace closed or only one user.

We confirm by email, then deactivate the account so that login no longer works.

2. Delete personal data

To request deletion of personal information we hold about you (name, email, phone, profile):

Email anton@shopops.ca with subject ShopOps data deletion.
Say what you want deleted (account profile only, or all personal data we control).

We delete or anonymize personal fields we control. Some business records (quotes, invoices, time punches, job history) may be retained for accounting and legal requirements, or because the fabricator shop is the business customer for that workspace. We will say what we kept and why.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
The Play app does not use an advertising ID for ads. Complete Play Console’s advertising ID form as No.
